Just because she lost 837389549lbs in 3 months or he reached his goal over a summer does not have to mean that you should be striving for that.
Listen to your body and be patient.
We can all post other people as inspriation but the reality is your body is the one you are working with so be the best version of you and remember progress is progress so always be proud of what you’ve done so far
